Abstract:
Very old patient left medical college and hospital due to doctor patient conflict.  Media coverage and defamation of institution were the some of the important outcomes. Despite best intentions, junior doctors cannot meet all patient expectations. Junior doctors encounter difficult behaviour and conflict with some patients or patients’ families.  Communication and manner are paramount. Throughout negotiation of a solution, junior doctors should use non-confrontational vocabulary.  Agreeing, acknowledging the patient’s and family feeling, active listening, acting as a team and working together without blame or judgment and demonstrating genuine respect for the patient should weave through all aspects of the doctor-patient relationship and may need to be communicated more explicitly: Let’s work through this together step by step. Restricted Consultation, easily accessible laboratory facility, good working environment – emergency triage system, maintenance of confidentiality, separate counselling facilities, and conservation of highest level of health care are utmost important for prevention of doctor-patient conflicts.

2Impact of Employees’ Commitment on Productivity of Lower Cadre Employees in Nigerian Manufacturing Organizations
Author’s Details:(1) Azuh, Dominic Ph.D-Covenant University Ota, Ogun State Nigeria Department of Demography and Statistics (2)Adejumo Gbadebo Olubunmi Ph.D-Covenant University Ota, Ogun State Nigeria Department of Psychology

Abstract
For business organizations to survive in the face of stiff competition, hostilities in operations and global meltdown, they must attract and retain people who are able and willing to perform and even go beyond what is required. This study examined the effect of job commitment on productivity among lower cadre employees in Lagos state Nigeria The study adopted a survey research design. The Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (ORQ) was adopted in this study. Two hundred and sixty three junior workers were randomly selected. The male participants were 159 (60%) and 104 (40%) were females. Their ages range from 21-42years with the mean of 32.6years.168 (64%) participants had spent above 3 years and 95(36%) had spent less than 6 years. Two hypotheses were raised and tested. The findings revealed a significant contribution of remuneration package in predicting workers’ productivity and a significant relationship between remuneration packages and workers’ morale. It was recommended that management must ensure that employee’s remuneration package is paid as and when due since their job satisfaction is very much related to enhanced productivity. It was concluded that remuneration systems are very crucial in today’s organization. The type of system will determine the caliber of staff and the retention ability of an organization.

Abstract
Little research has been conducted to investigate the needs and challenges of homeless individuals living in FM. In this paper, the social determinant of health that exacerbated homelessness in Fort McMurray, Canada, were highlighted . The study implemented a participatory action research design.  In-depth open-ended life history interviews were conducted individually with 15 participant which were experiencing homelessness at the time of the study. Common threads were identified across shared experiences embedded within the broad social, cultural, and institutional macro system. These adults face difficult daily challenges including finding adequate and affordable housing and food, securing a safe place to sleep, overcoming addictions and consequently avoiding the rampant availability of drugs and alcohol. Many of FM’s homeless also deal with job loss, physical and mental health problems, dangerous environments, and traumatic histories of hardship. Many have been exposed to histories of addictions and depression. The homeless population of FM experiences multiple barriers to survival, including a limited number of available shelter beds, restrictive shelter rules, and high rental-housing costs. The unique economic situation in FM impacts homeless people as a result of the extremely high cost of living, and job turnover fuelled by pull factors associated with the oil industry.
Addressing homelessness in FM will need a multisectoral, multidisciplinary approach, and political commitment to attend to the SDOH that are exacerbating the problem. This can only be achieved by the full participation of all the different sectors involved and the people affected, the homeless.

4Achieving energy efficiency in public heritage buildings: Towards a sustainable approach to practice
Author’s Details:(1)Oluwafemi Akande, (2)Delle Odeleye, (3)Alan Coday & (4)Carlos Jimenez Bescos (1)Department of Engineering & the Built Environment,Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford, United Kingdom  (Corresponding author)

Abstract:
Heritage buildings in the UK unquestionably constitute some of the most beautiful features of the country’s cityscape.  The challenge is that since most of these buildings were designed and built in a very different age, they are often seen as hugely energy-inefficient. Although, numerous attempts have been made to improve their energy efficiency, however due to the impulse to protect their delicate fabric, few have achieved little or no success.  This paper as part of a doctoral research into energy management in reuse of public heritage buildings (PHBs); investigate strategies adopted to improve energy efficiency in adaptive re-use of PHBs where energy use problem could potentially be addressed. An online survey was conducted among heritage building stakeholders who reported their perceptions of energy use reduction for sustainable reuse PHBs. Findings show that most respondents were less inclined in their projects to implement energy efficiency strategies. Across the survey, few respondents who had significant success had better perceptions of the sustainable approach to achieving energy efficiency for heritage buildings. The paper presented the recommendations as perceived by the stakeholders; conclude by highlighting that a well-designed efforts to improve energy efficiency in reuse PHBs would require energy management to be incorporated into the daily operational practices. This could pay greater dividends towards achieving environmental sustainability of heritage buildings with better outcomes in both heritage and energy conservation.

5) Project Management Organizations Is The Ultimate Resource For Several Network Operations: Case Study Of Construction Project.
Author’s Details: Regine Adele Ngono Fouda1 Balla Nguele VeroniquePhD from the College of Logistics Engineering at Shanghai Maritime University, Shanghai – China

Abstract:
Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. It is sometimes conflated with program management, however technically that is actually a higher level construction. Traditionally, human undertaking projects need to be performed and delivered under these constraints: “scope”, “time”, and “cost”. These three constraints (The Project Management Triangle) are often competing constraints: increased scope usually means increased time and increased cost, a tight time constraint could mean increased costs and reduced scope, and a tight budget could mean increased time and reduced scope. A further refinement of the constraints separates product “quality” or “performance” from scope, and turns quality into a fourth constraint.

The primary challenge of project management therefore is to achieve all of the engineering project goals and objectives while honoring the preconceived typical project constraints. The secondary (and more ambitious) challenge is to optimize the allocation and integration of inputs necessary to meet pre-defined objectives. The management of construction projects hence requires knowledge of modern management as well as an understanding of the design and construction process. This will be aptly portrayed in the case study of this paper.

Abstract: The problem of  vibro protection a body having six degrees of freedom is considered. Considering, that on system is imposed six servo constraints in view of parametrically clearing system from servo constraints, the equations of motion of a body are received. Conditions, at which stability of system under the relation of the variety, determined by servo constraints is provided, are found.

Data was collected through primary source for which both qualitative and quantitative methods are used. Interview guide for teacher’s satisfaction and student’s satisfaction was used as well as survey questionnaire used of both variables. Participants in this study were teachers and students of Shah Abdul Latif University main campus and Shikarpur Campus. Before data collection validity and reliability of questionnaires and interview guides were measured. 60% were male respondents. Further collected data was put into NVIVO 10 for analysis; Thus results conclude that there is a strong connection between teacher satisfaction and employee satisfaction. A satisfied teacher can produce qualitative, groomed, and productive human resources for various organizations, society and country as well.
