Abstract: Corona Virus Disease – 2019 (COVID-19) is the global health concern and associated with multiple pulmonary and extra-pulmonary complications. Pneumothorax is reported but in small numbers and possibly associated with adverse morbidity and mortality. In addition to secondary pneumothorax occurring due to positive airway pressure ventilation, spontaneous pneumothorax can also happen in severe COVID-19 pneumonia and in some cases associated with pneumomediastinum. Here we present a case of spontaneous pneumothorax in a Sri Lankan patient with severe COVID-19 pneumonia.

Abstract:
The complications of Corona Virus Disease – 2019 (COVID-19) are multiple and virtually can affect most of the organ systems in human. The renal injury in COVID-19 is a topic for current discussions and rhabdomyolysis is considered as a possible aetiopathogenesis, though the information is minimal. Here we present a Sri Lankan male patient, who developed fatal rhabdomyolyisis during his recovery phase of COVID-19 pneumonia.

3) Slowing Covid-19 Infection Using “Off-Label” Drugs
Author Details: Dr. Allybocus Zubair Akbar-M.D Obstetrics and Gynecology, Molecular genetics and Cytogenetic Republic of Mauritius
Abstract:
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, is now a deadly pandemic for which a definitive cure is yet to exist. SARS-CoV-2, like all viruses, follows similar steps of virus replication including attachment, penetration, uncoating, replication, assembly and release. By targeting each step with a specific drug, maybe we can halt the virus propagation, if not, then, at least buy time till we get the cure. Here we proposed few specific drugs to each step of virus replication.

4) Tuberous Sclerosis Complex
Author Details: Dr. Allybocus Zubair Akbar-M.D Obstetrics and Gynecology, Molecular genetics and Cytogenetic Republic of Mauritius
Abstract:
Tuberous sclerosis complex(TSC) , which affects 1 in 6000 people, is a genetically determined, variably expressed, multisystem disorder that may affect any human organ with well-circumscribed, benign, non-invasive lesions often referred as hamartomas. TSC is caused by genes mutation namely TSC1 and TSC 2 on different chromosome thereby affecting protein synthesis, cell growth and proliferation signaling pathways. The skin, brain, heart, kidney and lungs are the organs more often involved. Most importantly the involvement of the central nervous system is emphasized by the unique and distinctive cerebral pathology found in patient with CNS disability, seizure and learning disability. Pathogenic mutation of these genes causes disorder that varies in extent and severity and therefore the clinical phenotype of the disease presents a high variability. TSC is an important disease not only because it is a relatively common hereditary neurological disease but has great morbidity and mortality in cases if no early diagnosis is made or no proper follow-up and treatment given. In this review, we shall overlook TSC and its clinical features

5) Impact of Microfinance Institutions on Micro Small and Medium Scale Enterprises Survival: A Post Covid-19 Pandemic Lockdown Approach in Kwara State, Nigeria
Author’s Details: AYODELE, O. O., OGUNDIPE, C. F.-1 &2 Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria
Abstract:
The study examined the impact of microfinance institutions on micro small and medium enterprise survival in Kwara State, Nigeria. The specific objectives are to determine the effect of collateral on micro small and medium enterprise survival and examine the effect of interest rate on micro small and medium enterprise survival. A descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study. The population of the study comprises MSMEs owners in Kwara State. The sample size was 400 Primary data was used for the study were gathered through structured questionnaire. Data gathered were analyzed using regression model. The result showed that collateral positively affect micro small and medium enterprise survival (t=6.760, p<0.05); it further showed that interest rate security affects micro small and medium enterprise survival (t=6.492, p<0.05). Thus, it concluded that microfinance institutions positively affect micro small and medium enterprise survival.

Abstract:
Project TransTeam is an interprofessional program that has prepared graduate students representing multiple disciplines for over 20 years to serve as members of transdisciplinary teams in early intervention/education. The program has utilized a case-based approach, which has evolved and been refined to a systematic, three-tiered approach that moves through a unidimensional, multidimensional, and complex case progression. This article describes how Project TransTeam has developed a case approach in which teams of students address unidimensional, multidimensional and complex cases to learn about intersectionality, hybrid families, and other family structures and learn team processes to function effectively as members of transdisciplinary teams.

Abstract:
The application of learnt knowledge in past subjects to solve real-life problems has always been an important objective of tertiary education. The present article will introduce some implementations of knowledge that was introduced in Statistics and Probability subject to estimate confidential interval of average latency when stimulating network model using NS2 Network Stimulation application. Mathematical processing and formulae are programmed using Awm programming language and are described by images.
